1. Domestic Delivery Within India
We partner with India's premier logistics carriers including BlueDart Express, Delhivery Air, and DTDC. Once dispatched, transit time to metropolitan centers (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) is typically 2 to 3 business days. Deliveries to non-metro regional destinations arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Order Tracking & Real-Time Notifications
Upon parcel dispatch, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email containing your official Shiprocket Air Waybill (AWB) number and a dedicated live tracking link. You can also view live tracking status anytime directly in your Client Account.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & 30% Advance Confirmation Policy
To guarantee seamless fulfillment and reserve artisanal inventory for your order, Cash on Delivery is provided across 19,000+ Indian PIN codes via Shiprocket Checkout under our standard boutique policy:
- 30% Advance Confirmation Deposit: Payable online during checkout via 1-Click UPI or card to confirm and begin atelier preparation.
- 70% Balance at Doorstep: The remainder is payable directly to the delivery executive in Cash or QR/UPI upon physical delivery.
- Courier Holding & Re-Shipment: Our express couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are temporarily unavailable during the delivery window, we will happily re-ship your order once it returns to our workshop.
- Advance Deposit Terms: The 30% advance confirmation deposit is strictly non-refundable in instances of delivery refusal or unresponsiveness during the courier's maximum wait window, as it directly offsets two-way logistics, transit insurance, and archival packaging costs.
4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside India, import duties, tariffs, and customs handling charges (if applicable) are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
